Custom Box

Boxes have been used for packaging for many years. And with time the demand for boxes has changed. By that I mean that though they are still very much in use their demand has become much more complicated. There are several ways of packaging a product. A brief overview would include three types.
The first type being structural packaging. This type of packaging is preferred for when the product inside needs some extra protection. This would be especially true for expensive products such gadgets and vases.
The second type of packaging is complex packaging. This is an important time as it is meant for products that are of irregular size and shape. When using such packaging it is possible to make room for several goods at a single time, by making different sections in a box. Beer boxes are good examples of this
However, it is true that the standard design and size just doesn’t cut it anymore. Apart from putting their own spin on the design now firms also need the box size modified to fit their products.
Many companies specialize in this field now. That is they sell boxes of custom design and shape to others. For example a standard Xbox 360 box is not available in the market for Microsoft to just go and buy it. They have to employ specialist firms in order to get the correct box to package the console into.
There are several advantages of ordering custom boxes
1.   Custom boxes are made of high quality material that ensure security of the package inside
2.   These custom boxes are also cheaply available at wholesale and, therefore are budget friendly
3.   Since custom boxes are modified to the customer’s needs this means that the consumer gets exactly what they want. For example if they customer is moving they can get a box to exactly fit all of their possessions into it.
4.   It is extremely easy to order such boxes from the internet
5.   The fifth advantage of custom boxes is that, once ordered it does not take long for them to be delivered. They can also be delivered to your doorstep
6.   Sixthly these boxes can be easily re ordered before they reach reorder level
7.   Such boxes are completely customizable. This means apart from their design the “feel” of the box can also be changed, through film lamination. This will allow gloss and matte finishes to cardboard box.
8.   Another advantage is that printing can be done both inside and outside the box.
9.   Flexo printing can also be used to customize the box to a further extent. With flexo coat being the most effective type.

10. Another advantage is that since you have the liberty to add or subtract anything required from the box means you can do thing like embossing/debossing. This can make your packaging look more elegant and can help add a whole new dimension to it. These are thing which printing alone cannot do for you. Embossing will lead to an image being raised above the surface of the box and debossing will depress it. Meaning all of this can lead to an image that can not only be seen but also felt. Meaning the consumer gets a truly unique feel and look to their packaging.
